Beregost is a mid-sized trading town lying directly on the Coast Way, halfway between Baldur’s Gate and the northern border of Amn. The Lion Way to Candlekeep also branches off from the Coast Way directly north of the town. The town is the location of a major temple of Lathander known as the Song of the Morning.
